    •    Lumina by Lyss is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or   customs.

    •    Due to the nature of skincare products, returns are not accepted unless the    product arrives damaged or defective.

    •    Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of     receipt, with photo evidence provided.

    •    Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We do not accept returns on skincare products due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, we are happy to offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

    •    Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective,    you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

    •    Incorrect Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, we will replace it    with the correct one at no additional cost.

2. Conditions for Refunds or Replacements

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

    •    The claim must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the product.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

    2.    Provide Information: Include your order number, a detailed description of the    issue, and clear photos of the product.

    3.    Await Confirmation: Once we review your request, we will notify you via email    whether your refund or replacement is approved.

5. Refund Process

    •    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the   purchase.

    •    Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account,     depending on your payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs

    •    If a replacement is issued due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or    incorrect product), we will cover the shipping costs.

    •    Shipping costs for any other reason are non-refundable.
